A good size hotel located on a busy road junction about a 15-20 minute walk to the historic centre of Madrid, I was initially a bit concerned about traffic noise but neednt have worried as I was in a room facing an internal courtyard. That said, it may have been different if I had been facing the road.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was a good size, very clean and had everything we needed; our request for twin beds had been accommodated too. The coffee shop onsite had a great breakfast offer for coffee and a pastry, although the service was a little slow.

Lovely stylish hotel. Reception staff very friendly, they are multi lingual! We are Scottish, so lazy! Big buffet breakfast, pastries, cheeses, hams, fruit, yoghurts, cooked foods, rolls, juices, coffee & teas.
Great location for La Latina, el rastro & lavapies - tourist places, ie bars, tapas!

I stayed here for 5 nights as the prices seemed very reasonable for Madrid. I was not disappointed! I had a single room which was small but fine for 1 person and had a fridge. Buffet breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. The hotel is very very clean and has a bar/cafeteria on the ground floor with outdoor seating. Reception staff were great and helpful. Great hotel with really excellent staff and a good green philosophy.
Rooms are excellent and the breakfast very good and efficient.
The location is great for the old part of the city and the key sites; obviously you have to walk but this is a pretty good starting point and the staff will give you any guidance you need.
Decent value for a capital city hotel, would recommend....
