We picked this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. There was a slight mix up with reservations but that was resolved. Our room for 3 had 3 twin beds instead of a double with twin. That was different than the website but not a big deal. Staff were nice...

Pretty outdated hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for £150 per night it was a waste of my money. No ironing equipments at all m I'm Platinum member so o should receive a bottle of sparkling wine but i haven't received anything. Room smell from smoking. Shower was leaking and tiles were loose....

An exellenet experience, espesialy the services that the hotel offers..very convinient for someone firsy visited Madrid because the staff is very helpfull and provide as much as possible of what you are looking for..the surrounding also is exellent...

Our flight was early. Breakfast start 7:00, we want to get breakfast at 06:50 with our 7 years old child. They say NO. They didnt give anything like bread, drink etc.before 7am. ...
