The quality and the service was superb. Everything was done to accomodate me. Reception was a call away and was always helful. I loved breafast, so varied. All rhe attractions i intended to see were at walking distance or a free bus fare away. I recommend it!...

Great value for money

Located just off the Gran Via this hotel is close to the metro stop. Surrounded by restaurants and bars plus all the shops on the main street there is plenty to keep you occupied.
Helpful staff - lent my brother an umbrella when is was raining....

Nice stay & great location

Nice hotel. Good location. lots of restaurants and interesting sites within walking distance. Palacio Real, El Retiro Gardens. Prado museum etc
Room # 325 was OK. TV remote did not work. We complained and they put in new batteries. Still did not work. TV hangs crooked also. Otherwise OK.
We were there during finish of La Vuelta and experienced Palistinian protest riots from close by. But we were safe.

Stayed for 1 night last Saturday and its a lovely hotel in a central area. We managed to check into the hotel early, with complimentary wine and snacks for my partners birthday the day before. The room was clean, we had a room with a balcony overlooking Gran Via....if you want to find fault you will...the skirting board was damaged but this was probably scruffed by customers/suitcases more than anything else so you c...

What a great place, I think they upgraded our room as we had a reasonably sized room with a lovely view of the Main Street from a high floor. Their service was excellent, breakfast was superb and the location was faultless. The double glazing was incredible as we couldnt hear any street noise...
