Excellent hotel in a central location

Excellent hotel - we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and approachable, the location was perfect (10-15 minutes walks to museums, Gran Via, Royal Palace, Atocha station, La Latina neighborhood, etc., etc.), and the room was fantastic - quiet, comfortable, sizable. This place really checked all of the boxes for us, and we would strongly recommend it....

Love this hotel, stayed here last year and again this year. Rooms are beautiful and the staff are fantastic. I will continue to stay here when visiting Madrid....

We only stayed two nights due to flight delays, but we thoroughly love this little hotel. It was cozy and close to everything. The staff was friendly and our room was very quiet....

Disappointing Stay - Zero Dining Options

I chose this hotel expecting basic amenities, but was shocked to find absolutely no food service whatsoever. No restaurant. No room service. Not even a grab-and-go option.
After a long day of travel and meetings, the last thing I wanted was to leave the property to hunt for food. When I called the front desk at 9 PM asking about dinner options, I was simply told "there are restaurants nearby." Unacceptable for a hote...
