Great location, comfy beds, spacious room, friendly staff.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The location is perfect. Only a few steps away from Grand Via and 10 minute walk to the main area with all the shops, bars and restaurants. But I recommend exploring the streets surrounding the hotel too as there are lots of hidden gems to discover (bars and restaurants).

Our 7th time visiting Madrid and our 5th time staying in the Oscar. As usual, everything was perfect from arriving to leaving. The very warm welcome on arrival from the team is fantastic. The room as usual was great and was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay (thanks for the cleaning team). This was my second time staying here. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The corner room on the second floor was spacious and had great views of the square. The location allowed us to walk to so many attractions and restaurants. There was even a refrigerator and coffee in the room for the win!...

We stayed here for just under a week and, although not our first time in Madrid, it was our first time in this hotel. Our experience was fantastic. The location is right in the center of everything and our check-in with Jason at the front desk was outstanding. A great one night stay at this central hotel. We had everything we needed and there was a good selection available for breakfast. Left luggage was also easy....
