We stayed here for just under a week and, although not our first time in Madrid, it was our first time in this hotel. Our experience was fantastic. The location is right in the center of everything and our check-in with Jason at the front desk was outstanding. A great one night stay at this central hotel. We had everything we needed and there was a good selection available for breakfast. Left luggage was also easy....

Best sleep ever, the pillows are amazing tried to buy them but can't get them unfortunatley in the UK
Staff were lovely very helpful and informative. Would go back in a heart beat just for the pillows...

Excellent Hotel - Great Service

This hotel has a reception area next door to the lifts. The lift area is a little dark. That is my only negative. The reception staff Aitana and Marcin were extremely friendly and helpful with anything.
We booked a Mini-Suite on the 7th floor. If they are available just book one. Even if it is a few pounds more. Enormous room with lots of seating. enormous balcony overlooking Madrid. There is a separate toilet and bi...

Wonderful stay

Would definitely visit again everyone was very friendly and polite. The room and hotel was always clean. The bartenders in the pool terraza were especially nice including Ismael and Abel. Loved it...
