The staff here were the friendliest I've ever encountered in Spain, both on reception and in the restaurant. The rooms and decor are dated and could do with some attention, but everything was clean and comfortable and I had a really good night's sleep....

This hotel was a complete disapointment Hotel Management including Roberto was given 2 written requests to fix the problem and his solution was unacceptable. Do not use this franchise hotels Santos. we arrived for a 3 day and had a baking room that had no air conditioning hotel said they don't put on air conditioning in winter the claim previous week was 10 degrees we had 19 to 20 for our 3 days. on the final day R...

Rooms are super old and dusty. A facelift and/ or renovation is needed . Telephone reception is terrible anywhere in the hotel. WiFi is also very poor. It comes and goes. Anyway not a good experience this time....

I stayed Friday 12th, through Monday 15th. On Sunday, while we were out, someone accessed our room with a key and stole a credit card [which they tried to use less than a mile from the hotel].

Personnel were very kind, the room was beatiful and clean. I think it would be appreciated if you would pay more attention to menu planning. More variety, please! And a personal regret: why orange juice is absent from the menu of lunch or dinner? It isn't Dom Perignon, isn't it? Anyway, I had a good experience....
