Good location and clean hotel.

Well located hotel, close to station and 20mins to city.Clean rooms and lovely outdoor area and pool.Helpful staff and welcomed at reception.
Negative aspect is the breakfast that is very basic and not replenished due to lack of staff, whilst staff are polite one person doing everything is not enough and breakfast is more what you would expect at a 2 star hotel....

Perfect location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean,spacious and very comfortable rooms. Clean pool and other amenities Would definitely recommend!! Not one bad experience :)...

Used as a base just for one night.
Easy to reach from the nearest metro station. Rooms weren't large with a relatively small bathroom with a shower over a bath.
However the beds were comfy.
Black out curtains that actually worked and decent AC.
A good choice of bars and restaurants close by.
Also a good breakfast available with lots of choice....

We loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely return! Upon check in, we were allocated two rooms opposite each other which was great! Very comfortable
rooms, excellent breakfast and amazing pool area. All staff were really friendly and helpful....

Quiet location, handy for the metro, very clean

I wasnt really familiar with Madrid when I booked this hotel: I was attending an event at the IFEMA exhibition halls, and while this hotel was walkable (not a pleasant route), it was a short ride by taxi. The location is a quiet suburb, although I didnt really spend much time there. The nearby metro station was handy for getting into the city centre.
