Great location, about 6, 7 min walk to a metro station, small boutique hotel that have all you need for a stay, staff were very helpful, room that i stayed was very clean and facing the street. Overall i had a very good experience...

Hidden gem!

Excellent location. Within 30 minutes from the major museums, Atocha, Gran Via. On major metro and bus routes. Safe. Clean. Staff friendly and speaks English. Very happy with my stay and will return when I visit Madrid again. Perfect location for high end shoppers (Cartier, miu miu etc )....

AC did not work. Horrible customer service.

Had a terrible experience. Reserved the hotel for two nights and left on the second day to book a different hotel because of A/C not working. This represented additional inconveniences due to lost hours of sleep and additional transportation costs to a new hotel.

Highly overpriced for what it offers

We spent there a weekend, payed more than 700$ for 2 nights, with no breakfast, the room was very small, the room temperature control was not working properly, we had to sleep with open windows and still it felt way too warm. Good location, good level of cleanliness....

Great Location

Booked a night here purely to be close to the Santiago Bernabau stadium which was a good half hour walk slightly up hill. Was upgraded to a suite which was nice . Didnt use the facilities as it was a one night stay . But a very clean and spacious hotel with friendly staff ....
