Comfort at the Edge of Madrid

We got a regular room with a King sized bed. The room was comfortable with clean vinyl flooring. The bed sheets were comfortable. The A/C was working well. Had a good three nights of sleep.
The bathroom is well appointed with two sinks. This was nice and was not expected.
The front desk people were polite. One of them was helpful in providing us dining recommendations for Madrid.

the hotel is good but the rooms are poor, it should be renovated and should have more facilities, the breakfast is good with some fresh juices but not alot of halal items.
the brunches and snacks were good during the coffee break in the meeting, and there is a bus station 200 Meters that you can use to go to the center of the ity...

Completely overpriced hotel

Completely over prized mediocre hotel. The rooms are old, spartanic and worn out. There is no complimentary water, coffee or tea. The bedding is very uncomfortable.
Plus: the hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is close to the airport .

Very nice hotel. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, great beds. The only downside is it's a 20 minutes walk from the nearest metro station (which can be a bit far after strolling through the city the whole day). Public transport to and from the airport by bus is subject to improvement. Overall 4/5....

More of a stopover and less of a stay place!

I went here for a vacation and it has some good things going for it, it's so close to the airport, about a 5 minute Uber, luckily I had a friend pick me up from Madrid airport and we were there in minutes.
Check-in was very quick and the hotel although big is easy to get around, the elevators have glass so you can look into the lobby which is a great touch, although the curved glass at night screws with your percept...
