It was a very nice stay at the Suites Salamanca! Location is great, just half a block away from Serrano street, very calm in Salamanca, a very secure neighborhood. Rooms are large, with a kitchenette, a living and a nice terrace. Our room was looking to the beautiful garden of the Museo Lazaro Galdiano, a jewel we discovered during this trip. The staff at the front desk was terrific. All were polite, friendly, and most helpful.
The gentleman at breakfast was most polite and helpful. The food was in great variety, fresh and clean. The tables were well maitained. The hotel is in a good location for us. Unacceptable

My worst stay at a hotel ever this was beyond unacceptable! The WiFi would constantly fail so I couldnt get work done (every 5 minutes) and even when it didnt fail it was bad. This forced me to waste 100$ on data alone. I would never recommend this hotel and will be never coming back....

Goofy ahh hotel

Get some new Wi-Fi stupid. The internet keeps getting disconnected every second. How are you 4 stars in 2025 with no internet connection. When the internet was working it was really bad, I am not going to waste all my money on some Wi-Fi, so please buy some new routers....

Dated but ok for very short stay

This hotel is actually a suite but has no bar or restaurant. Yes. You can have breakfast at 16 but thats it
The suites are very dated with old furniture and not deeply cleaned
Its all tiled floor so cold in winter
The staff were friendly and attentive
The beds are single with deeply tucked in sheets making it impossible for couples
The kitchen is basic
Ironing board but NO iron
