I loved our stay at The Pavilions Madrid so much, I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Madrid. I booked the lowest category of room, and it was very comfortable for two people. I loved the sitting area, the Nespresso machine, the bed, and the shower. OMG the shower was amazing; very strong water pressure, and the shower kinda steamed up.... It was heaven. Very good, hotel facilities are basic (no room service) hence the 4 and not 5 points rate, but the staff is very attentive and helpful and the rooms well appointed and have a decent size. I liked the location because it just 3 blocks from the Serrano bustling area but in a quiet street. I would stay again...

Stayed with my wife (my mother-in-law had a different room). Room was spacious with a king bed and a sofa and a library of art books. The shower has a glass wall behind it with vines on the other side (don't know if real or fake, but it's a great vibe). Great location near lots of government buildings with lots of fancy restaurants and a few blocks from upscale shopping. Staff is very helpful. Cool boutique hote...

The hotel is in a quiet street but only a very short walk to Colon and La Castellana. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast, though not cheap, was delicious. The best thing about the hotel, though were the staff. We found them all friendly and helpful from the start.
