The hotel staff was very helpful and hospitable, and Silvia was lovable. The room and the hotel were spotlessly clean, and there was always a sense of calm and quiet in all the areas, so you could sleep comfortably. The staff would tidy up the room every day. They have an elevator, it's very important.

The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay.
The buffet breakfast was filling and had a variety of choices.
The breakfast staff were all friendly, especially Judit who welcomed us warmly....

Hotel easy access from airport. Hotel clean and tidy. A great place to easily get to the Madrid city centre. Uber was 10 minutes. breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly so thank you Judet. Would definitely recommend if visiting Madrid and want straightforward place to stay with no complications....

Perfect place to sleep without noise and location is perfect! A metro station 5 or 10 min by walking. The breakfast is reasonably, there is no fruits but I think for 9 euros and variety that you find is fair! ...
