We had an amazing time at the UMusic hotel. The staff was great. The front desk staff was helpful. Miguel Angel in the restaurant was also attentive and very nice. Everyone made our experience so memorable....

Excellent hotel. Perfectly located in Madrid with plenty of amenities and sites in close proximity. The staff were friendly, very helpful and made me feel at ease and welcomed during my stay. There's a beautiful rooftop bar and also separate roof terrace to relax. Cabaret shows play during the week in their inbuilt theatre. The rooms are comfortable and would definitely stay here again next time I come to Madrid...

Excellent & interesting hotel right in the centre of Madrid idea for exploring, hotel was spotless & room was well presented, bed was really comfortable.
All the staff we met were friendly & helpful, whilst stayed we had breakfast each morning & it was excellent with a nice choice of eggs & full buffet range great start to the day...

Service was incredible, especially Anthony, Honei and Marvis at breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to everyone coming to Madrid - gracias!!...
