Excellent hotel. Service quality was great across the board. Breakfast was very good (but, if not included in your room rate, it is pretty pricey and you might prefer to grab something nearby).
Location is good. It was a short walk to Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace; it was a little longer over to the Prado museum, but still very doable. One note- a cab can pull right up in front of the hotel, a ride share will...

One of the best hotels you can find in Madrid city center

Hotel is at a central location and at a walking distance to museums, plaza mayor, mercado st miguel etc. Rooms are well decorated, clean and silent. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast items were all tasty and menu items were well planned.
I cannot find anything to criticise and we were very happy staying at UMusic hotel...

Outstanding service as always. We brought our family this time and they've already book for Next summer season. We all love it here.
Shout out to CS manager Ed who is always looking after us, to Daniel and Lieyre at the reception desk and the breakfast team.
We will be back soon.
