Stunning hotel in the heart of Madrid.

A modern hot in the heart of Madrid. You are minutes away from Parque Retiro and Gran VÃa.
The room was amazing value for money, clean and quiet the bathroom and shower specifically was stunning.
Customer service from the reception team and staff in general were exceptional and I will for sure stay here again on my next visit....

Really nice find, music themed so feels a bit more unique than other hotels. Centrally located, modern, friendly staff and great breakfast. Option to attend onsite nightly cabarets which looked great. Constructive suggestion would be for a few more pieces of gym equipment such as balance balls or a static bike. But overall highly recommended and would absolutely return when in Madrid....

Second time staying at the hotel. And it did NOT disappoint!! Rooms have all the amenities youd like, comfortable bed and a great shower. But what makes this hotel stand out are the employees. From the moment you arrive until you leave you are taken care of and made felt at home. The hotel offers great F&B facilities as well with a great rooftop overlooking the skyline of Madrid. UMusic Hotel Madrid was perfectly located, and the staff were amazing. The rooms and facilities were spotless and extremely comfortable.
