First of all: the staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful. All of them. My room was very clean and quiet. Very good breakfast (I don't eat much so there was plenty), again in a very clean environment. Close to the Cuatro Caminos Metro and about 30 minutes from the airport. Great hotel. I didn't pay for it so I can't say anything about its value....

Perfect option for visiting the University campus

Very good hotel. Wide rooms with coffee maker, fridge, wide closet, wide bathroom. The breakfast had a variety of sweet and salad options. It has a garage with a large entrance. It is very close to the underground. Walking distance to the University campus.
The weak point is wifi did not work at all.
I would prefer a shower instead of a bathtube, especially because the tubescreen is small (not covering all the tube...

Great hotel with easy Metro access

Stayed here for 4 nights in early March. The location is great with the Metro station 2 mins walk away. Then it's about a 15-20 mins journey to the city centre. We were very happy with our choice of hotel. The room was exceptionally large with a very comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The hotel was very quiet and we slept well, despite a busy road outside. The only negative I will say is that I didn't think the b...

Great value for money, really lovely staff, Rooms where always kept very clean, very near to the station so easy to get around as it less than a 5 minute walk from the nearest station. A overall wonderful stay. Highly recommend....

Convenient and affordable

It was at the convenient location for my purposes and although on quite busy street, there was no noise in my room even though my windows faced the street. The staff was professional and friendly and when I discovered that the safe box in my room didn't work (it could be repaired tomorrow) they agreed to change my room.
