Excellent location nearby Prado museum, hop on hop off bus, plaza mayor and puerta del sol and shopping stores in the city, clean room and kind personel service....

Great hotel fantastic location

Staying in this hotel is such a great location very welcoming staff able to checkin on arrival which was earlier than we should have. 2 lifts making rooms assessable breakfast was great good choices and plenty of tables. Our room was in the centre of the hotel so very quiet only noise was from other clients. One improvement could be towels they were very thin but overall a great experience thank you....

Great location next to restaurants, bars, shopping and walking distance to many attractions. Accommodations were clean and neat. Personnel at reception are very helpful...

Disappointing. Watch for your belongings. If you got your bag stolen dont bother asking for help hotel staff - no one saw anything, you wont get any surveillance footage and they wont be notifying the police....

Very good locations in Central Madrid. We needed a triple room and not all hotels offered that. Helpful staff.
Room was clean. Nothing fancy, but easy access to cafes, monuments, and shopping....
