We stayed at Vincci Capitol Hotel from 713 March, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel upgraded us to a room with a view, and from Room 620 on the 6th floor we had a nice view of Gran Vía

The air conditioner wasn't working. It was so bad that I had to change rooms at 2 AM. The staff's solution was to open the window, but we were facing Gran Via. I specifically requested a room facing the other street, only to be moved to a different floor, still facing Gran Via. I came to this hotel to rest and fix jet lag after a 20-hour flight from a different timezone.
