Very disappointed with our experience at Vincci Capitol Madrid. We are a family of 4 (2 adults, a 5-year-old and a 1-year-old baby) and the hotel refused to let us stay together in one standard room. They also refused to provide a crib and insisted we had to book a second room, claiming it was illegal under Spanish law for all of us to stay in one room.

Great location; so much was walkable from our hotel. So many restaurants and sightseeing spots were a short distance away. The staff were really helpful and accommodated our needs....
