I stayed for 4 nights at the Vincci Centrum - location was perfect, and the stuff was super super friendly - a big shoutout to Javier and Florin, and all the breakfast staff. Beautiful rooftop on the 7th floor! Overall great experience and I would recommend for a city trip....

Excellent location. Close to restaurants, sites, shops, metro, etc. The staff are always helpful and welcoming, especially Jorge at the reception. The room is nicely designed, very clean and spacious. The bed and linens are comfy. So is the aircon. Stayed for eight nights on two seperate occasions during our last trip to Madrid. Will stay here again if we return to the city in the future....

Impeccable hôtel experience. Super nice reception and staff, beautiful and very clean rooms and great central location in Madrid - still no disturbing city noises on this calm side street....

I booked on their website (recommend for best rate) for a 6 night stay. I'd gladly stay here again. I thought value was fair.
The staff were friendly and professional. Many of them spoke or understood English. Check-in was easy. The Superior room was comfortable, typical size by American standards and larger by European. The restaurant staff were friendly, and the calamari sandwich was pretty good. The location was ...
