The cental location is exellent, with a very comfortable room and bathroom.
Breakfast was of a high standard with a large range of pastries.
The cooked breakfast could have been hotter with larger heated plates provided would have helped.
I would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Madrid.
Nice calming atmosphere and helpful staff....

Location was perfect, next to the main sightseeing and shopping places. Reception was friendly with welcome cookies. Room was small but cute, very quiet and with an amazing terrace. All in all everything was perfect for our stay...

Wonderful hotel. Fantastic service and great accommodations. I felt like a queen. The room was large, clean, excellent lighting, huge bathroom, and excellent included breakfast. The service couldn't have been better. The location was excellent in Madrid....
