I stayed one night at Hotel Vincci Centrum for my birthday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant, the reception staff were very kind, and our terraced room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I loved the free sweet welcome treats and the elegant bathroom with plenty of welcome kits. In the evening, we were surprised with two lovely sweets, which made us feel truly special. We were given a room with a locked, completely blacked-out window, which felt extremely claustrophobic. The hotel claimed this was the room we had booked; however, the only description provided at the time of booking was that it was interior facing, with no indication that there would be no natural light or an inaccessible window. The cental location is exellent, with a very comfortable room and bathroom.
Breakfast was of a high standard with a large range of pastries.
The cooked breakfast could have been hotter with larger heated plates provided would have helped.
I would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Madrid.
Nice calming atmosphere and helpful staff....
