We were given a room with a locked, completely blacked-out window, which felt extremely claustrophobic. The hotel claimed this was the room we had booked; however, the only description provided at the time of booking was that it was interior facing, with no indication that there would be no natural light or an inaccessible window. The cental location is exellent, with a very comfortable room and bathroom.
Breakfast was of a high standard with a large range of pastries.
The cooked breakfast could have been hotter with larger heated plates provided would have helped.
I would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Madrid.
Nice calming atmosphere and helpful staff....

Perfect stay

Location was perfect, next to the main sightseeing and shopping places. Reception was friendly with welcome cookies. Room was small but cute, very quiet and with an amazing terrace. All in all everything was perfect for our stay...
