The hotel is placed great in the middle of a really nice area with restaurants and bars and shopping opportunities. The hotel itself is very clean, nice rooms with a lot of equipment (especially the bathroom). The staff, we had to do with Eva and Francesco, were really friendly and supportive! My wife and I stayed here for six nights on our first trip to Madrid. We loved the location in Centro a short walk from the Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum and metro/train stations. The concierge put us onto some local tapas bars which were great. Staff at the Vincci were very helpful, our corner room was spacious and very clean and breakfast was varied and really good. Overall a great stay, thanks....
