Excellent. Service outstanding. Breakfast gloriously prepared and delicious choices.
Dinners as well were professionally and served and delicious combinations.
Room service swift attentive and spectacular.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with good water pressure. Beautiful outdoor sitting area. Value is hit or miss - we checked in for $120 but to stay another night it was going to be $330......

Nice and centrally located hotel with friendly staff

We stayed four nights in this excellent, centrally located hotel. All the sights in central Madrid are within walking distance, as are a number of places to eat.
Even though we arrived at the hotel very early, we were able to check in straight away. We received a room upgrade: facing the street instead of the inside. The double windows in the room ensured that the noise from the street stayed outside. We were able to...

Welcome at the centre of the Madrid

This is an excellent hotel, the amenities and services are first rate, the staff are extraordinarily helpful, and it is located at the very centre of Madrids' cultural and historic triangle. The room was extremely comfortable, very little noise for a central location, We spent 6 days here and always felt at home and always welcome. Excellent location in the "writers' quarter" of Madrid, with everything easily accessible, also walking distance. Lots of nice restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Upon check-in, we even received an upgrade (from Deluxe to Deluxe Suite), with a separate "seating area/balcony" overlooking a quiet courtyard.
