Excellent neighborhood, cab stand right out the door, wonderful door man and reception staff very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds and largish rooms. Many cafes and restaurants nearby (RawCoco) (Treze) (Sala de Despiece). Good stay. Good long walk to Prado; in walking the city you really see and understand the grandeur of Madrid.

The room had little to no natural light. I got ill after eating at the restaurant and received a 'not our fault' response to my complaint. ...

Accommodations where on point, friendly staff, great first floor lounge with great coffee and buffet. Restaurant staff was great....

Very kind upon check in. All staff at reception helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff on meeting floor and in the restaurant is professional and nothing was too much whatever needed. Thank you Angeles for your kindness and help during our meeting!! we appreciate your patience. Food was amazing. A big Thanks to the chef!...
