The worst Vincci hotel ever seen by far

Not by far a 4 star hotel. Poor maintenance, the entrance and the bath lights in our room seemed more an hospital than a 4* hotel. They charged without communicating nothing to us an extra amount not having consumed nothing from the mini bar. Reception hall not by far 4* star hotel, very small, crowded no seats available. The reception team did not advice that there was more space in the 1st floor, we could not find ...

this is the most consistent (ly good) hotel I have ever known. For the past 21 years of traveling to Madrid on business, this is the preferred choice. The front desk staff have been exceptional every visit. The rooms are perfectly laid out, comfortable, and very clean. The location is perfect for accessing the Airport and all points in Madrid. Excellent neighborhood, cab stand right out the door, wonderful door man and reception staff very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds and largish rooms. Many cafes and restaurants nearby (RawCoco) (Treze) (Sala de Despiece). Good stay. Good long walk to Prado; in walking the city you really see and understand the grandeur of Madrid.
