Jesus, was a great server at the rooftop bar and lounge area. Served us with a smile and pure joy!! Jennifer was also fantastic and took great care serving a great pizza and drinks with a smile and enthusiasm!! We loved our experience with these wonderful friendly and accommodating staff!!...

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant on the 7th floor of Vincci The Mint in Madrid. The atmosphere was fantastic, with beautiful views of the city and a great ambiance to relax and enjoy a meal.

My sister and I visited Madrid for three nights. We were greeted by the fantastic entrance to the lobby which has a wonderful mint smell (which is so popular they actually sell their fragrance). Check in was seamless, we were given an unexpected but much appreciated upgrade. The room was spotlessly clean (and we are fussy people!). The bathroom was immaculate, towels replaced daily, free tea, coffee and water bottles...
