Good location, clean common areas and a big room and bathroom. Good enough for a short visit to Madrid. Nice breakfast spread, so make sure to add it to your rate....

Location on Gran Via, walking distance to all the big shops. Friendly staff, Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, and nice decor. Reasonable price for the location and standard of facilities. I would definitely stay again....

I wasn't a guest. I was on my way with my friends to the rooftop terrace party where our friends were waiting for us. The receptionist working late on the last Friday in August was extremely rude, impolite, and sexist. The unprofessional behavior toward us three women shocked us.
