After being scammed out of an apartment, Vincci was the closest hotel to where we were dropped off, and we were so thankful we found it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They accepted my service dog without issue, helped us with our luggage, offered us a larger room, and even asked how my dog slept through the night, which was such a thoughtful touch. Very heavy smell

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, similar to a damp basement or dump. The odor was also noticeable on the hotel staircase, which made the entire building feel poorly maintained.
There were also electrical issues in the room. When the bathroom light was turned on, the lights in the bedroom started blinking, which was very irritating. I reported this to the staff and was promised it would be fixed, but nothing ...

Good location, clean common areas and a big room and bathroom. Good enough for a short visit to Madrid. Nice breakfast spread, so make sure to add it to your rate....
