Booked as windsor hotel. Same place. Terrible through and through. No wifi in the room, no minibar(there is an empty fridge). You have to walk through restaurant trash to get in the building. The glasses in the bathroom were wrapped in P

This lovely little hotel is simple but very covenient. Located two minutes walk from Puerta del Sol it is within walking distance from most of the citys highlights and also has great Metro options. The place is clean and the room not extremely spacious. But it is perfect for a short stay in town. ...

Rooms are very small but the location is good.
Language is a major problem as the workers don't seem to understand what we want.
Sol Plaza is close by and so are sightseeing buses within reach. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity....

This hotel seems to be connected to the nearby Victoria Hotel, which has a proper reception desk and area. This hotel has a small reception, a window which a staff member came down and opened for me to check in and out. On arrival I had to ring the bell to get someone's attention, and then wait a few minutes for her to come to the door. It also took a couple of minutes for someone to come when I checked out. I th...

I arrived at the hotel to locked doors. No one was there to greet me. I noticed an intercom system, which I rang maybe five times before receiving a response. The audio was scratchy and I couldn't make out what the voice on the other side was saying, something about the hotel being unavailable (I had of course already booked my night).
