Excellent service. Everything was better than I expected. Everything was clean; friendly service, and quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is fantastic....

Very nice hotel with a really great staff!! A/C is weak, but its pretty comfortable. WiFi is okay and gets the job done. Breakfast is great! The rooftop is really nice as well. Biggest takeaway is that the staff is very good at their job. Everyone was nice to me....

Everything is great with this hotel. Not many offer a pool. The Brisas (floor 11) is great for a quick snack. The quality of food in the morning is ok. But you really can't be picky because breakfast all around the hotel is about the same standard. Staff is amazing! Rooms are very nice. Watch out for the door stops on the floor in the bathrooms. Broke a toe on one. That's my only complaint....

Great location. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff (especially the concierge and the breakfast staff). The room was clean and comfortable. but the some things could be upgrades (e.g., bathroom)....
