The hotel is a class act! Beautifully appointed rooms as well as lobby area. Starbucks and 2 restaurants on lobby level. Lavish buffet for 430 pesos including made-to-order omelet bar. Breakfast buffet, served from 6:30 to 12 noon was included and was delicious. Beautiful city view from rooftop pool area, including a great view of the Angel on Reforma. The room was booked for business travel this means that the room should have Iron with board and Electric Kettle. These two things were missing in the room amenities....

Stayed here for four nights in Nov 25. Got one room (double beds) for myself and my 65-75 year old parents. Spacious was enough. I felt like the cleaners did a thorough daily clean. I was not expecting my reservation included breakfast and happy hour (more like a dinner if you keep your expectations moderate) so that was a welcome surprise.
