This historic hotel is so beautiful and nicely appointed. The service team will blow you away with great service too - greeting us each day with open arms. The huge breakfast buffet overlooking the Zocalo, the center of Mexico was stunning. Amazing Hotel

We couldnt have asked for a better hotel. From the moment we arrived Emmanuel took amazing care of us. He gave us a grand tour, took awesome pictures of us throughout the hotel, recommended amazing restaurants and was just a pleasure to talk to. The Terrazza Restaurant at the hotel was also an excellent place to eat and hang out. Would definitely recommend come back....

Location and ambience of hotel were superb! Staff were personable as well as professional. Emanuel, Miguel and Cynthia went above and beyond to make our stay, and my birthday extra special! Highly recommend Gran Hotel...
