The Gran Hotel exceeded our expectations in every regard. The rooms were well maintained and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. One of the best highlights was daily breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Alejandro and Octavio in the terrace were great each day. Highly recommend....

Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Our luggage was even transported for us down the block to meet the Uber driver! Best hotel service we've ever had. Shout outs to Emanuel, Cynthia, Jose Luis V and Lazaro! Thanks for everything!...

A very special hotel experience

This hotel was a once-in-a lifetime experience. The beauty of the historical building, the excellent restaurant, the location on the zocalo, and the helpful and gracious staff made this the most special part of our trip to Mexico City. Emmanuel in particular took great care of us. Even with the current travel advisory due to cartel violence elsewhere in Mexico, we felt perfectly safe ....

Wonderful hotel in an extremely chaotic area

This is a gorgeous hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. The hotel itself is amazing but do he advised that it is in the absolute center of the historic district. Getting there with the traffic in the city is difficult. This area of town is very, very busy with lots of street performers, therefore it is very loud in the streets. Nothing the hotel can do about that. Also, many, many streets are now randomly closed do r...

Emmanuel Guerrero provided us with excellent service in checkout. We had to wait for Uber a long time and he stayed with us helping with the bags
