I moved to NH at the last minute after having a bad experience at a nearby hotel that was more highly rated on TripAdvisor but NH far excelled above the other hotel. From the minute you walk inside the folks are super service oriented and it's peaceful and beautiful maintained. The rooms are very plush and comfortable and have everything you might need. If you call for something they come right up. I never had a need...

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were generally quite friendly, and the place is well located and quiet, in spite of being on a busy street. It's very close to the Zócalo and Zócalo metro stop in the lovely historic central district. Two other metro stops (Allende and Isabel la Católica) are several blocks away (all 3 make sense to use depending upon your route). There is no heating (usually unnecessary) b...

My experience was fantastic in regards to the hotel overall but especially the restaurant staff Tamar and Jorge!!! These 2 employees were on top of it and always attended with kindness and humility. No matter what time came to restaurant they smiled and welcomed you in evennnn if there was nobody in the whole place...thank you to them...
