We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were generally quite friendly, and the place is well located and quiet, in spite of being on a busy street. It's very close to the Zócalo and Zócalo metro stop in the lovely historic central district. Two other metro stops (Allende and Isabel la Católica) are several blocks away (all 3 make sense to use depending upon your route). There is no heating (usually unnecessary) b...

My experience was fantastic in regards to the hotel overall but especially the restaurant staff Tamar and Jorge!!! These 2 employees were on top of it and always attended with kindness and humility. No matter what time came to restaurant they smiled and welcomed you in evennnn if there was nobody in the whole place...thank you to them...

Really loving our stay.
Breakfast is fabulous.
Everything is delicious and really fresh.
Staff are very attentive - Tamar, Jorge and Alberto are so friendly. Always smiling and look after us brilliantly. Nothing is too much trouble and always met with a lovely smile.
