Modern hotel near the Zocalo in Mexico City

We spent 7 nights at this hotel one block from the Zocalo. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room was spacious and quiet but no view. The bed was very comfortable. Shower water pressure could be improved. We had dinner one night in the hotel. Food was good. Margaritas at the bar were good. Staff were excellent especially Amador. Walking distance to the subway. The staff was very helpful,knowlegable and efficient.we truly enjoyed our stay at NH Collection in Mexico city. We look forward to coming to Mexico City and staying at your hotel again...

Clean and modern but noisy rooms

Overall modern clean hotel, but shower pressure is very low and the rooms facing the road are VERY noisy. I had to threatened to book another hotel in order to be moved rooms....

I moved to NH at the last minute after having a bad experience at a nearby hotel that was more highly rated on TripAdvisor but NH far excelled above the other hotel. From the minute you walk inside the folks are super service oriented and it's peaceful and beautiful maintained. The rooms are very plush and comfortable and have everything you might need. If you call for something they come right up. I never had a need...
