Nice hotel in a fantastic location. It does feel a bit corporate compared to some of the more boutique properties in CDMX, but it was clean, spacious, and perfectly situated for walking around Roma Norte, Zona Rosa, and Condesa. Definitely worth the price, it just lacks a bit of character overall....

Nice room with balcony. 2 night stay. Best pillows EVER!
Nice pool, in. I ember it got sun to noon then was in the shade.
Great gym for a hotel.
I would stay here again.
Check in took forever was the only issue, busy at 1am.
Where can I buy the pillows please?...

Outrageous Fraudulent Charge from NH Hotel Reforma Beware!

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my absolute disgust and frustration with NH Hotel Reforma. I recently discovered a shocking and fraudulent charge on my bank account for a hotel stay that I NEVER made. What's worse, this transaction appeared a full 15 days AFTER the supposed date of the stay. This is nothing short of blatant fraud.

Short stay but not short enough. Rooms were old and not clean. Stains on bed linen and bathroom towels. Sink and bathroom shower were dirty. Poor shower drainage on the first night. Hair dryer had sticky stains on the handles. Loud music downstairs until 2am. You get what you pay for? Front desk service was good....

I was at the dia de muertos festivity. The food was an amazing oaxaqueña treats with author cocktails.. and the ambience was really cool!...
