Good hotel, rude reception.

Today. Saturday 14 at 6:22am I left the hotel! Happy with the service. However, this new receptionist that is currently in there was very rude when I was leaving asking me question in an appropriate tone as if I was stealing from the hotel! I came from Australia to enjoy my holidays and no be judge by a receptionist that have a lack of manners. Hope you can pass the feedback on this employee. Ruined it. In general pa...

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. There was someone at the reception desk all the time. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and street food nearby. The only negative thing that I have is that a homeless men will sleep next door inside a ATM section. I cant blame the hotel for that. Besides that I felt 100% safe walking outside....

Great location and fantastic WIFI. Room had a microwave and a small range. Rooms are a bit dated , thin walls and beds could be softer..but overall, the pros outweigh the cons. The staff was kind to give me a room away from noise. It is walking distance to the bustling areas of Zona Rosa, restaurants etc.....

Only ok hotel in Mexico City

This is a sister hotel to a way nice version of nearby PF Hotel. The rooms are bit dated but spacious and Wi-Fi works great in the whole hotel. Breakfast is quite nice and they offer several options for vegetarians. The location of the hotel is close to zona rosa, but quite far from zocalo and all main attractions. I would recommend staying closer to the city center....

The experience in the hot air balloon was breathtaking!!! Seeing the hot air balloon rise into the air at sunrise was an indescribable experience. Breathtaking. Everything was organized, meticulously planned, and Alejandra was professional and charming. Thank you very much!!!...
