Location location location! great for being across the beach and beds were soft and comfy. front desk staff was nice and the luggage storage was a plus as well. The atmosphere was quiet and great value for the money....

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night because we were scheduled to board a Carnival cruise the next day. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The hotel smells absolutely horrible, and the odor is overwhelming throughout the building. The downstairs furniture is old, outdated, filthy, and extremely neglectedand thats an understatement.

The TLDR version is: The beds are unclean, there's no wi-fi if your room is too far from the lobby, the elevator is broken, so i hope you like stairs, the in room mini-fridge is broken, and the staff don't care.
The first thing they let us know when we got there was that the elevator was broken and we'd have to carry our luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

Love the Beach Park Hotel! It's a no frills hotel, meaning there are no amenities except for hairdryer and TV. They don't even have coffee! Despite that, it is absolutely outstanding in customer service and location. It's old, but interesting. Bring your own everything. They are very warm and friendly and I felt safe there. Location couldn't be better, right at the entrance of South beach.
