I paid for my hotel which was a total of $1,680 and change on Feb 21, 2026 for a trip that was June 10-15, 2026 (5 nights total). I paid through a 3rd party which the guy who checked us in said it. I always use my credit card for incidentals because ill get that back and it was $750 for that. When it was time for check out I was charged $1,259 for taxes,resort fees. If you like the hotel room at 75, this is your place. If not, stay away!

The AC does not work. Its been at a constant 75 and we were told the engineers were aware of the issue and it would be fixed in an hour. 4 hours later, same temp. They told us theyd move us to a new room in the other tower, so is spent the afternoon packing up everything only to get to the new room and its 75 too. Thought if we turn it down and head out to dinner, it would adjust, but just got back and its still ...

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club: A True Respite on South Beach

As a lifetime Titanium Elite with Ambassador status (renewed annually), I spend over half the year in hotels, so the small touches matter most. My welcome note wasnt the usual generic thanks for being an Ambassador member. It was handwritten, thanking me for being their loyal Ambassador. That set the tone for the whole stay.

We had a great stay at the Cadillac Hotel! Its our 4th time staying here. Its always extremely clean, and the employees provide excellent service. Sharaynae was helpful by the pool, and Billy at the front desk was phenomenal. The housekeeping staff are top notch as well. We enjoy the two pools and the convenient beach access. I highly recommend staying here!...
