Floors sticky from bleach, toilet kept running. Completely flat pillows. Very loud, like zero insulation between rooms. Loud hallways, loud rude guests. Someone from next door at 3 am was curious about the adjoining door and kept trying to open ours and then when they couldnt they proceeded to slam their door repeatedly. Room smelled similar to a gymnasium. Overpriced. Very unfriendly females at reception area. Knocked on door when there was a do NOT disturb. Very rude....

Stayed there with my husband for two nights last month. We enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size, basic but clean. Tired in places but no big deal. Bathroom a bit tired and could do with an update but fully functional so again, no big deal. Location is great, 5 minute walk if that to North Beach. Markets and liquor stores to either side of the hotel as well as places to eat. Bus stop a few minutes walk away whic...

Dont waste your money unless you want to stay in a dump. Rude staff for starters. No bell service and elevators are up one flight of stairs. Opened door to room and looked around for 2 minutes and went straight back to front desk and checked out. Hotel (more like Motel) would not honour their cancellation policy because we booked through booking.com

The Wi-Fi is completely unreliable, only working on phones while laptops and the TV cannot connect. When we brought this issue to the front desk, they suggested connecting to the Wi-Fi from a nearby pizza restaurant (pizza hut). This was not only unhelpful but also ineffective, as the connection still did not work.
The TV is also unusable. It displays a message instructing guests to wait a few minutes before restart...
