Disclaimer: Im going to rate my experience keeping in mind that this is a 3-star rated hotel. As such, I am keeping my expectations at that standard and will highlight the pros and cons as fairly as possible. I have previously stayed at the Sole Miami hotel in December 2024, right next door, which is rated as 4-star.

We stayed here at this resort because it checked all our boxes. I noticed there had been an influx of negative reviews recently, so this alarmed me a little, but we decided to stay anyway. Check in was alright, we were not offered the double tree cookies we know and love, most of the staff we encountered at the front desk were not the nicest, but weren't rude. Overall a great hotel. The room was clean and all areas were very spacious. I wish they provided more towels in the room. And the only other issue was the shower on has very hot water. There is someone at the desk 24/7 with warm cookies ready to eat! The bar/pool area is nice and well ran. We ordered lunch was really good. We appreciated that our reservation came with 2 reserved beach chairs. They also have nice guys...

We waited 30 mins in the queue to get in for breakfast. Not enough staff and those who work there are slow and dont seem to care about guests. Another 15 min wait for a cooked breakfast. Food was good cold eggs and overall stressful experience. Not what you pay for!! I would not recommend this hotel....

I feel recognizing outstanding service and care by individuals in this hotel is what makes our stay so memorable.
Outstanding service by front desk Shelly! She made us feel so special and participated in the evening celebration for Maggie's birthday. Shelly has a very nice manner on the phone as well.
