Never again!!
This is what we got for over $600 a night!
Below is exactly what I emailed the manager,
"Prior to arrival, we contacted the front desk to request early check-in and were advised that while they would do their best, our room would absolutely be ready by the guaranteed 4:00 PM check-in time. We arrived shortly after 2:00 PM and were again assured the room would be ready at 4:00 PM.

The pros: great location and we liked the beach access amenities via the Sagamore (though you definitely pay for it in the resort fee). Nice staff and we didn't have any sound issues (staying on the second floor, probably mid-building facing the side street).
The cons: The room (standard two queen) was small, like NYC small. And the bathroom setup isn't really conducive for families as there wasn't a door for the bat...

Dirty. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel. And what in the world is with the pool and this death trap of a light The carpet is unbelievably out dated and worn. Its just gross. Maybe take up the carpet and put down laminate. From valet to the desk there are about 20 steps from the outside to the desk that you have to go up with your luggage. No ramps or elevators to help. I booked this hotel on Hiltons website and it is not at all like shown in their pictures. For starters the pool and bar are on completely separate floors and pool bar not opened at all till night. In addition to that the decor at the bar and the pool area are completely different than what is shown from online.
