Avoid This Hotel Basic Amenities Dont Work

We stayed at Nassau Suites the night before and regret transferring here. The room had no functioning air conditioning. There is a thermostat inside the room, but we were told by the front desk that it is essentially just for show since the AC is centralized and not controlled from the room.
After we alerted the desk, the air briefly turned on for a moment and then shut off again, leaving the room hot and uncomforta...

No AC, No Hot Water Save Yourself the Trouble

We alerted the front desk about the lack of air conditioning and were told the AC is centralized, but the room still felt around 75 degrees and very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no hot water. These are basic amenities, and not having either seriously impacted our stay. After reporting the issues, no effective solution was offered. Save yourself the frustrationrun and book somewhere else....

Great location but comes with noise

We stayed here on a Saturday night before our flight home. Valet parking next door was great and the hotel decor was nice. Location on Collins was so handy for Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road etc as we walked everywhere. H the r downside was that it was very noisy at night, people shouting in the street, cars revving through the night. Id asked in advance for a quiet, high room but we were on the 2nd floor at the front so...

Loved this hotel

Booked this hotel with my family and had such a nice time. The cutest and most perfect boutique hotel. Rooms are super clean, staff is very nice, and hotel is just steps from the beach. They also have beach lounge chairs and beach towels we have access too. In addition they have some snacks and drinks in our room that were complimentary whish was such a nice touch. Pros: (1) Terrific location. (2) Small but charming lobby. (Con: most of the time the lobby is filled with checked luggagethe Henrosa apparently doesnt have a storage room for checked luggage). (3) Nice small porch with wicker chairs and tables. (Con: not frequently cleaned; this afternoon there was an ashtray with a dozen cigarette stubs and a used coffee cup on the porch).
Cons: (1) No Kleenex. Even Motel 6 ...
