The hotel shows false images. The room was nothing like the images. The lobby was a dive and the room was a dump. The service staff was just there with a non scaring attitude. Trip Advil should do a review, the same with Expedia, which I will send my review....

Close proximity to the beach - literally steps to the beach. Large, spacious lobby. One thing I have never seen before is a towel distributing machine in the lobby, which uses your room key to access beach towels. When my family arrived (early), due to disembarking from a cruise, our room wasn't ready yet, NBD. We were given a temporary key to access towels & to get back on property. Really nice stay. Every single staff member was amazing. Haydee at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Housekeeping, valets, beach staff and groundskeepers were very friendly. Beach staff were so awesome and seemed happy to be there even on a windy and rainy day.

This was the most distressing hotel experience of our lives, completely ruining our family anniversary trip.
Despite a confirmed "Ocean View" booking through Agoda, the reception refused to honor it upon our arrival after a 7-hour drive. Great position on the ocean front for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants around locally. However, on the website it doesnt state about parking and that the valet charge is $49/night. Which soon adds up after a few nights. The hotel has seen better days and does need a refreshment to the rooms and social areas.
