Good stay, with comfy room and bed. The restaurant offers nice food for breakfast and dinner. The rooftop pool has nice loungers and is clean. You can rent bikes outside the hotel. The hotel offers tea/coffee in the room but no milk - when we asked for milk it was $7 which felt steep....

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
We arrived at the hotel around midnight with a small baby after making a prepaid reservation approximately two hours earlier through a third-party booking site. When I provided my reservation information and proof of booking, the front desk agent claimed she could not find the reservation.
