I was having a mental wellness setback before I checked in, and had to go for Art Basel and lots of professional meetings, and with the spa and room services and concierge and business center, I was able to triumph at the meetings, and restore my wellness to better than when I checked in. First class all over the hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful and while the food and especially the hotel shop was way overpriced I enjoyed it all. Concierge woman ( forget her name) was a pleasure and always has a smile and willing to help even with my dumb questions....

pool has no sun after 1130. Don't stay there if you want some. safes never work in the room. Won't let you into their lounge ! Even though you are platinum elite. $40 for a cheeseburger is rough! even in Miami. Location is good. But I will stay somewhere else next time. Decor was nice for xmas...

Wonderful hotel with huge lobby, all the amenities and great view.
The Intercontinental Club lounge was awesome with good food and drinks from 5pm to ?
Leslie provided great service and checked on me to make sure I was happy with the food and drinks. Of course, I was very happy!
Loved the Christmas decorations. Merry Christmas!...

There is no heat in the rooms during the winter

Do not visit this hotel when its cold. I booked my 80 year old mom and her 81 girlfriend here in December only to discover that the hotel doesnt have heat in the rooms. They were offered blankets and a space heater. This was awful and unacceptable for such an expensive hotel....
