The service provided was exceptional ,from porters conceirge ,reception and club staff .Room was really good and and had everything you could want
Club access was great but breakfast needs an upgrade as not enough food options .Needs to be up to the standard of buffet in lobby...

First time staying at the IHG in Miami! Convenient to Brickell, across the bridge from, South Beach, and close to the downtown area and Wynwood. It was fun hanging out with the locals and eating at different venues. Whats more, I am a Diamond Elite member so the room upgrade, concierge floor, and amenities made the trip that much more memorable. lol, I think my best friend will join IHG now....

Coordinated a business stay. Shoutout to Eldis. The service representative Eldis was great. He was very patient, attentive and went out of his way to help with uncommon requests from my guests for a business visit and stay....

Great stay! The service is what matters, the location always depends on what you are looking for! The rooms were amazing, the services from the bell team to house keeping, the restaurant, even the pool. We enjoyed it all. Kay at check-in was friendly, polite and professional. This was not my first time staying there and I will definitely stay there again...
