We stayed at the Chopin Plaza location due to a cancelled flight. We were pleasantly suprised how nice this hotel was. (due to be sent there by the airline)
We wish we would have had more time there. Beautiful view from the 12th floor. If you eat down at the bar please try the hamburger. I have never had a better one than that....

Our AA flight was cancelled late at night and the airlines put us up at this fine hotel for the night. Talk about turning a lemon into lemonade! More like lemon pie! What an elegant hotel. Truly, the best nights sleep Ive ever had and I have been fortunate enough to travel a lot....

I just wanted to say thank you to the Chief Concierge, Eduardo Rosello. He was very helpful in assisting my family and i with the hotel and getting aqquainted with other employees and other facilities inside the hotel. He was also very kind and welcoming and was more than happy enough to assist with any questions we may have had....

The IC Miami was chosen for the location to the port and their superb service. The room was beautiful, clean, and with the most comfortable bed....

What a wonderful experience! We travel a lot and this was our BEST hotel experience from valet Bill to Andree at check-in and Haida at the Tiro Toro restaurant. First the room was spacious and clean. Dinner at Toro Tiro was magnificent. Many dishes we were trying for the first time and I would highly recommend! Service was perfect / thank you to Simon who kept cleaning the table (we were sharing plates and it go...
