Staff is very friendly and helpful, the Club lounge is very nice, and the whole club lounge team (André, Jacqueline, Genesis etc.) are doing a wonderful job....

I arrived before 4pm and was able to check in early. Dinner abd breakfast was great. The room was great with great views. Most importantly the customer service was excellent as well as all the other employees. Just great individuals....
