Great location, stayed before our cruise and it was minutes from the port, we could see the ships from the hotel. Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. Very clean hotel and rooms. Quiet, no noise by our room. The amenities are nice. The pool is beautiful, they have a spa that smells fabulous. Good restaurant and a Starbucks in the hotel also! A little sh...

With exception of noise outside of the hotel, which did however stop at 10:30 pm, it was very nice stay. Location was perfect. Great atmosphere. Rooms are very clean and comfortable....

Checkin was painless & quick. Our room was on 9th floor with partial water view. Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker in room included coffee & tea selections. Huge bathroom with walk in shower. Such a pretty hotel with friendly & helpful employees....

Upscale and comfy daycation

We stayed here for the day waiting for an evening flight and were waited on by Stephanie Bluewater. She was polite and attentive throughout the day. Our cabana was comfortable and upscale. The only issue we really had was a somewhat unreliable wifi connection, but the atmosphere and service made up for it....
