Club Intercontinental floor 29th, Emmanuel is a great server with excellent service orientation and great future in Hotel business. His way of treating people and his knowledge of how too solve situations is superb. This team of young people offers guests a great experience....

Business meeting 3 days at a beautiful hotel. The lobby was welcoming with a wonderful ambiance of Christmas decor and twinkling lights to enhance the excitement found in surrounding downtown Miami. Roomy accomodations with luxurious accoutrements like bathrobe and slippers and a view of Biscayne Bay!
Would love to return for leisure and spend more time in the area....

Excellent place to stay in Miami. Great food and guest treatment. Hotel was very nice and spaceous. The restaurant Torro Torro has excellent food and is a great place to eat. The hotel is easy to get in and out of and is very close to the cruise port so getting to our cruise port was easy....

This Hotel is exceptionally nice and sits right on the water. The in house restaurant ToroToro has excellent food and drinks too. The staff in the Club Lounge are top notch. A big shout out to Christian Marina for his excellent service.
This is a must place to stay in Miami....

The food is expensive and not worth it.

They charge you for food you dont take out the mini bar and dont tell you how much the buffet is or give you the option to order from the menu. My daughters each got a parfait and I spent $100 on 2 parfaits. I got some potatoes, fruit and bacon and my husband an omlette. That was $100 as well....
