Absolutely loved this hotel! Huge lobby, fast and friendly check in. Spacious room, with ample walking space, couch, dining area, comfy bed, and a beautiful view. 10/10 will visit again....

The Intercontinental Miami is the best hotel to stay in for pre and post cruising. Our room was lovely with a great view of the port.
The staff is lovely and welcoming....

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the cruise port but we would go back because of the helpfulness of the staff and the excellent quality of the facilities....

Ive been staying at this hotel for 10 years. Thats how I appreciate the place. Every time I return to Miami I choose the Intercontinental and never regret my choice.
The location right on the Bayfront Park and a nice stroll to Brickell City Center, Miami World Center, Frost and Perez Museum are unbeatable. Not to mention the wonderful Bay view and the very near cruise port.
On top of that you have a friendly staf...

We had only lukewarm to cold water in sink, shower, tub for three days - turn up water heaters or replace old ones which dont work....
