Great stay, but restaurant service could be improved

I had a great stay at your hotel! However, the speed and accuracy of my lunch order in the main hotel restaurant was somewhat disappointing. A colleague and I were seated for lunch at 1:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. We each ordered a salad, and it took over 45 minutes to get our order, and my colleague's order was messed up....

BEST weekend getaway ever. We literally never left the hotel!

Highly recommend the club lounge, we had all our meals take care of and went out to explore for dinner. Jacqueline was so attentive and made sure our fav drink was ready at happy hour.
The spa has dry and wet sauna, pool is well placed to maximizes the sun. The bed is my favorite part, sooooo nice and comfortable....

Absolutely love this place! The service and bartenders are incredible. Ask for Roy, Edgar or Stephanie they are the best and provide incredible service.
We have been here multiple times and every time they make us feel like we are on the best trip ever. Thankful for this place and the people....

Amazing place with friendly staff.
Will definitely recommend to family and friends and return again when back in Miami.
