Unfortunately the thermostat in our room was not moving below 75. We called for maintenance who came and checked, said it should be good and left. But the room never cooled. Outlets in the bathroom did not work either. I went down to the desk this time and I was asked if I can move rooms. I agreed that was fine. Due to my party size I booked a double queen room. We have been coming to Miami every other year for the last 15 years and stayed locally at South Beach at the Delano , National and Royal Palm etc . The Marseille hotel is on the same strip and even though the hotel isnt as expensive as the previous ones we have stayed at , the staff are much more friendly . My son stayed here previously and said the same . I was so impressed that Melina on the front desk remembered ...

A great little place with a pool and direct beach access. They give you two free chairs and an umbrella on the beach, already set up, which is so nice. The servers were very busy on the beach so I ended up walking back to the pool bar to get drinks. Poolside was amazing. Service was attentive and phenomenal. Respectful and friendly staff, clean, and during our stay, there was a decent amount of children where our kids found friends to play with. Bathrooms in public areas were regularly cleaned. Hot tub is wonderful. Pool table is a big plus for me. Noise level was fine, as I despise loud noise and it was fine for me.
