The plus side is that the location is good. The down side is that our room was poor. Door wouldn't open properly. Fridge leaked onto the floor. Air-conditioning sounds like a jet taking off. The shower, though good, spilled water onto the bathroom floor because the screen was of insufficient size and whoever decided it was a good idea to have the sink in the bedroom instead of the bathroom was an idiot. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The rooms are super small and stuff in the room is broken. Like a lamp and mirror the fridge. The toilet paper they use is so gross. The staff is super rude. The tv in the room is so old and the picture is hardly there. They have a mobile air conditioner in the room and the blinds dont work They make you pay $40 for parking and you have to pay that every time you get the car. The parking ...

We booked a double queen room with the intention of using the pull out sofa for an additional guest. Upon checking in, we were told that our room was in the building across the street. All of the hallways were musty. The elevator fit three people and it was very rickety. Once we entered the room we saw that it had not been improved upon in decades. This hotel is terrible no one cares and it took an hour to check in and only one staff member was on the desk. I moved room as the first one was dirty there was a screw holding down the flooring which I cut my foot on the ac thermostat didnt work the sheets are supposed to be white but are grey along with the towels the linen is just disgusting to be honest. Shady, unethical management. I was told my 1st night and partial resort fee would be credited. The front desk or the number they gave me said they couldn't help. I reserved a king balcony but the AC was broke so had a unit on the balcony doors not allowing access to balcony. The room smelled awful and had broken chipped furniture.
