I've sent an email 10th Nov to marcia.rodrigues@southbeachgroup.com saying I left my favorite boardshorts in the room I was from Nov 1st 'til Nov 6st, asking how could I get them back.
Never got an answer.

Very comfortable, good value and great location.

Great value and location near the convention centre. Restaurant has an outstanding seafood dish and meals are a good size and very reasonably priced. Room very clean, lots of fresh towels, hot water did not work immediately but was quickly fixed on request. Bed very comfortable and beautiful soft linen. Pleasant staff. Stayed five nights....

Dirty! Stay away! The room I booked was standard, so I was not expecting anything fancy. But I was expecting room service. It never happened. The bed was done but the bathroom was never cleaned. I found blood stain in the bed sheets. I complained and I got the manager (Mauricio) attention immediately. He came into the room, acknowledged the room was dirty, apologised and offered a compensation. The following day when...

This hotel was booked by our Travel Agent, Cruise Kings for a two night stay in two rooms following completing a cruise at Miami.
The hotel is situated a short drive from both the port and the airport. It is in a great location just a few minute walk from the beach. It comprises three buildings.

Small room for king size category.
Tv has an old cable connection (that wasn't even working on arrival). So no satellite options at all.
Total of the bill at the booking doesn't include 34$ Resort fee. But this one popping right up after the check out...
