Booked this hotel for a 4 day stay in SoBe. The reviews sounded good, we knew that we couldnt expect a highclass luxury stay but ouch.. this hotel is not worth a stay. The lady at the reception should pick another job. Never had a receptionist before that looked so bored and unmotivated.. the rooms are old and run down and need a renovation.. the location is good, the Miami Beach Trolley stops right in front of the ...

Great location just a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and it seemed pretty clean. The staff were friendly enough and it seemed like there were 2 people behind the desk at all times. The hotel seems a little run down though and it seems like they are just adding more paint to air freshener instead of fixing issues. Be aware, some rooms have very noisy toilets

The facility is decent; however, the toilet is making a terrible noise upon flushing. Personnel refused to address it; they promised to fix it "tomorrow" and never offered us another room.
Travelers, be aware: check everything before unpacking!...

Bedbugs!

BEDBUGS BEWARE. stayed here 2/20/26 and woke up to an extremely itchy bite which has since become more and more swollen. I lifted up the mattress and sure enough a bed bug was running across. I quickly smushed it and blood came pouring out. Manager Mauricio Lopez refused a refund and suggested I brought the bed bug back from the beach horrible service....
