This hotel is terrible no one cares and it took an hour to check in and only one staff member was on the desk. I moved room as the first one was dirty there was a screw holding down the flooring which I cut my foot on the ac thermostat didnt work the sheets are supposed to be white but are grey along with the towels the linen is just disgusting to be honest. There was blood on the walls the safe didnt work either. ...

Shady, unethical management. I was told my 1st night and partial resort fee would be credited. The front desk or the number they gave me said they couldn't help. I reserved a king balcony but the AC was broke so had a unit on the balcony doors not allowing access to balcony. The room smelled awful and had broken chipped furniture. Also, they have a apothecary toiletries but refill it with generic. Look at all the pho...

Had the unfortunate experience of staying in dump of a hotel for x2 nights at the end of Nov 2025 as I walked out of the lift towards the room I knew when I noticed the badly worn carpets this want going to be a great place to stay I also noticed gaps at the tops of the doors in the corridor. Very, very disappointed. Booked through a travel agent. Riviera suites ( thought would get a suite but didnt ). Corridors & room smelling very damp . Cant open windows, no fresh air at all. AC extremely noisy throughout day & night. Old furniture, old towels . Think we must have got the smallest room in the whole place. No where for suitcases & 5 coat hangers in a tiny space in the corner.

I've sent an email 10th Nov to marcia.rodrigues@southbeachgroup.com saying I left my favorite boardshorts in the room I was from Nov 1st 'til Nov 6st, asking how could I get them back.
Never got an answer.
