This is one of the nicest properties on Miami South Beach. My experience was enhanced by the service of Boris who checked me in. Boris was very nice and accommodating From the moment I set foot on the property, I highly recommend anybody looking for a high end experience to truly stay here

I just want to start with saying that brian and jeffery from the beach are amazing ! They are very attentive and service was 10/10! They took amazing care of my partner andI I !! I recommend asking for them whenever you need assistance at the beach you wont regret it ! :)...

Bryan and Jeffry are absolute lifesavers! We went to the beach to grab chairs, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. They were always there to lend a hand and make sure we were comfortable throughout the day. If you ever visit, youll be in good hands for sure. This service is absolutely top-notch!...

I would not recommend the Royal Palm in South Beach. Our experience started off on the wrong foot when we had to wait two hours past the 4 PM check-in time because the hotel allowed another guest to do a late check-outwithout informing us of the delay.

This hotel should be shut down and renovated. Do not waste your money booking at this property. The toilet seat seats are disgusting. The showers are filthy. Theres a two seat couch in the room that looks as if it was outdoor furniture and never cleaned the beds. do not look like that the linen was washed or ever!!! my room smelled like dog, a_s and cigarettes! Save your money!!!...
