Great experience. We knew there were resort fees. Clean and nice. Carlos was incredible and took care of us at check in. Second time at the hotel and great experience....

An OK Hotel well situated for South Beach - room comfortable but noisy from air con unit right next door (Room 328). We didn't notice it until we were already in bed so too late to ask to change rooms and only stayed one night prior to joining a cruise from Fort Lauderdale. Scott on reception was a love. The pool area was good and the Reception and lounge areas were fine. Unfortunately I experienced a lost/stolen ...

Carlos, at front desk was a star

We hade a great stay, stayed for one night before our cruise. Perfect locaition and just a short walk to the beach.
Carlos, in the reception, was very helpful and very serviceminded.
Because of him we made it in time to the port of Miami to catch our cruise even if it was a marathon in the city which made it very difficult in traffic.
We will be back!...

Had several rooms booked for my clients, and Scott, the Front Office Manager, was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up in advance, allowing for an easy and seamless arrival....
