Very good service with Carlos. He is very kind and helpful. We have a very good experience with this hotel and the staff. They gave us a good memory of Miami. I would come again. Thanks a lot....

Great jumping off point for cruise ship. Excellent staff. Diana on from desk was most helpful. Room clean and well kept. Breakfast decent price although no tea. Just be careful on what taxi to book for trip to cruise terminal. Ask first about price....

This was booked as part of an Iglu deal prior to a cruise. It's not a good hotel. It's barely even in South Beach, which is a 10 minute walk away. The entrance is uninspiring with a dark, side pathway leading to a dark reception and somewhat disinterested reception staff.
Our room was bad - we looked out on to a dirty wall, semi-covered in unhealthy plant growth about two metres from our window, so the natural dayli...

I was a little bit apprehensive when my mom booked this property bc the google review were a bit low, and now that Ive stayed here I cant figure out why anyone would rate it below 4. Everything was clean and beautiful! so close to the beach (5 min walk) and lovely pool if you dont feel like going out. Michael at the front desk and PS by the pool were amazing, along with everyone else who helped us. This place is g...

As a UK based independent Travel Agent I just wanted to recognise the customer service shown by the hotel team. A special mention to Akbar who has gone above and beyond to ensure my client had a warm welcome upon arrival. It may only be a small touch with a welcome note and token gesture but service and touches like this are what stands out when recommending hotels to my clients - Thank you again...
