I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my visit this past Saturday, February 21. I spent the day at your property using a pool pass and had a fantastic experience enjoying the rooftop pool and the excellent bar service.

Booked this hotel through BA holidays for a layover before going on a cruise as I thought they would only use excellent hotels. Check in welcome was fine, then discovered the Ocean Drive room we had booked was in a separate building a 120m walk down 8th Street with 4 steep steps to the entrance. Room was fine, clean. spacious with a good bathroom and very quiet with a view over the roof of an adjacent building. howe...

The rooms are very poor I have stayed in better BBs
Your also charged an extra fee of 25.00 dollars per night on top of your booking which your not told until you check in
Im more disappointed in the poor quality of the rooms...

Visited the tony this past weekend with friends and Jamie the concierge set us up with some jet skis and recommend the rooftop bar as well as some other venues we wanted to try out thank you again for the stellar experience...

This was my third or fourth stay at The Tony--I can't believe I haven't reviewed it before. I have been coming to South Beach before a winter cruise for years. I've tried other hotels, usually one of the old Art Decos, and now that I've found The Tony, I've got a favorite! I love its history.
