    Very nice hotel/apartment. Very clean. Staff were very help in all aspects of our stay. First room we looked at did not meet our needs but Wayne the Hotel rep acquired a room that very much meet our needs. Great location for shopping, local transport and entertainment. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

    Really good apartment hotel. Bus 150 came from airport really near hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and there was enough storage space for goods. Only thing I didn´t like was shower, but maybe it is because it was so old-fashioned.

    Nice hotel with great location. Just 5 min walk to the beach, and a 3 min walk to the trolley. It takes at the most 10 min to walk to Lincoln Road. The apartments are nice, a bit dark though (the one we got). We were uppgraded from one Queen bed to two Queen beds, so we were happy. There is a parking lot across the street for $32 per day. The pool area was a bit small bit nice! The staff at the front desc were nice and very helpful!

    Good location, a bit away from Ocean Dr. So quiter even though a club closer from the appt was making lots of boom boom during the 3 nights we have spent. But the windows and door are cutting the noise pretty well. Very close from the beach. Pool and terrasses between the small buildings are cool. Appt well equipment for breakfast and basic cooking (supermarket close to shop). The 2 Bedroom appt for 5 people we had was spacious and clean. Be aware of the additional daily service charge on top of the rental cost. Tks
    Expect not legitimate extra charges to your credit card

    The price of the 1 bedroom was very high, higher than an average hotel on the collins, but we took it because we have a toddler and we could cook some food. The room was smelly and moldy. The floor was dirty, the furniture dusty and the bathroom had hair from he previous customers. The microwave caught fire while we were using it, and the hotel charged us the cost of the microwave. It was an electrical problem, because we did't do anything but warming milk in a plastic baby bottle. We immediately informed the staff who actually came and checked the appliance in my presence. They said nothing, they replaced the microwave and without informing us they just charged our credit card after some time we checked out. We spoke with the manager, a rude lady who just said "We don't have proof that you damaged the microwave but I am charging you anyways". Reading other reviews I understand now that it is a common practice to put extra charges to their customers.
