My and my wife had a terrific experience a the UMA House. The hotel has a very cool and charming vibe and the staff is amazing. The rooms are extremely confortable and clean and the hotel location is very convenient, right by Collings Ave (although keeping away from the noise) and a few blocks from Lincoln Road. Uma house absolutely exceeded my expectations! I booked 1 night in a sunrise superior king room after spending hours reviewing other hotel options in South Beach. I've previously stayed at the Kimpton Surfcomber and loved that hotel but couldn't justify the rate for 1 night, knowing we'd get there late and not fully enjoy the amenities. Budget Friendly + Upscale Boutique Hotel

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Very much enjoyed my time at the Uma House. The complementary wine hour everyday and the very clean, aesthetic rooms (with a record player!) made the stay very pleasant. Easy access to the beach with two complementary chairs. Highly recommend Uma for a budget friendly but still upscale experience in Miami. Thank you Pear and Dario for incredible service...
