The location is very central for the beach and exploring the area. Our room was amazing, very spacious and clean. Roof top pool and bar were great too.Staff were very friendly....

Refused to waive fee!

Booked this hotel thru AMEX. Our flight out day of check-in was canceled and we could not book another flight until the next day. Sucks that the hotel would not waive the fee or be more understanding considering almost every flight into and out of Florida was delayed or canceled. I had been calling the hotel about something else for 3 days with no answer and then a recording that the number was unavailable. The same ...

A nice little hotel in the heart of all things just off Collins Avenue. Stayed here for 2 nights pre-cruise and was just right to get into the cruise spirit. The front of the hotel has an appeal of marble flooring and a water feature with a little seating outside the reception area. Reception itself was welcoming and clean with attentive concierge staff. Very good location,ideal for walking to beach ,restaurants and shopping area.
Room was clean and comfortable,and enjoyed using the hotel pool and sun area.Would certainly return here ....

On first impressions the hotel is clean and bright with decent sized rooms
Staff are friendly and attentive, caring and considerate
The pool area has luxurious day beds and a good bar
Would definitely recommend...
