Not a $300 worth hotel

Im not sure where all the good reviews came from. From the moment we arrived, the gentleman at the front was rude, rushed us and didnt want to answer any questions about the local area. The pool was green and unusable.
The room looked clean but if you look closer there was mold and finishing that were cracking off. Not sure how this was a $300 a night hotel...

The night staff is rude,i asked for ground floor because im with many bags and he put me in the last floor in the back having space in ground floor,hes seems to dont care for the guests.The room and location are ok!The tax value is extreme for de poor staff of the night shift and the atmosphere....

Worst Experience Ever!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! 1. There is no parking. You have to park across the street and have to pay to park. No where did I read this information on their website. 2. I had to go down and ask for washcloths and hand towels. Received 2 washcloths, bath towel and bath mat. On day 3 before leaving for the day, I put my 'Do Not Disturb' sign out. -1 shocking treatment for this hotel . I live on 73 rd street and used this hotel for friends when staying to visit . One friend is disabled so required a disabled room booked paid for but never got . Tried management to get a refund still not got...
