-1 shocking treatment for this hotel . I live on 73 rd street and used this hotel for friends when staying to visit . One friend is disabled so required a disabled room booked paid for but never got . Tried management to get a refund still not got...

Worst experience in a hotel ever!

Ive stayed at Waterside several times before, but unfortunately, this last visit was by far the worst. When I asked for a written proof of payment, I was met with hostility from the reception staff. I simply requested a physical confirmation of receipt, which I believe is a reasonable request, but it was refused.

Broken toilet

Avoid! Gave me a room with toilet water all over the floor. They had to turn the toilet off, so of course we couldn't use it. I checked back out within the same hour I checked in. No other rooms available so I had no other choice but to leave. They are refusing to refund me. The worst place ever....
