Unfortunate experience when trying to book a 2 days 30 person corporate meeting; email exchange was very quick, we booked the congress, were asked for a non refundable bank transfer payment or a credit card to secure the dates; I proceeded as normal by sending my corporate attendees all the meeting details, only to receive the morning after an email from the hotel confirming everything except for the second day of o...

Accra palace was an excellent location for a base to explore Milan. Rooms are large, spotlessly clean. Quiet area, so good sleep. The beds were comfy. We were on 6th floor, 2 lifts available to get us up there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Always chatty. Felt very at home. Would highly recommend and would return again...

Spent two nights. Very good location: The hotel is in a quiet residential area, so you can get a good night's sleep. At the same time it is close to a big supermarket and a metro station. Parking available at extra charge. Staff (reception and housekeeping) is very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and even had a microwave in it....

Several months later, we were surprised to receive a notification of a 100 pre-authorisation charge. Since we had not made any recent booking or payment, we immediately contacted the hotel to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, they were unableor unwillingto provide any explanation.

Its definitely not a 4 star hotel. There are quite a few good things though:
- close to a metro station
-fairly low price
- quite a few food choices for breakfast
-spacey rooms with nice furniture
-plenty of ambience lighting
-the bathroom is equipped with bidet, LED mirror great for makeup, and a modern hair dryer
-the thermostat works nicely. Our room got heated properly in a very short time
