We stayed at the hotel for two nights (29-30/10/25), my grandson and myself as we went to the San Siro to watch the AC Milan game. The hotel is absolutely spotless. We were greeted at the reception by young man who was very chatty, polite and informative as we told him we were going the game. Very clean hotel, very yummy breakfast, lots to choose from! Not to far from a tram station to reach de centre of Milano! If the mini fridge was working everything was perfectly in the room!...

The hotel is quiet and clean, but pretty basic. While there is a restaurant onsite it caters more to the breakfast buffet, and lacks any ambience for a dinner. No fitness center.
The location is perfect if youre visiting a nearby business, however it is not convenient to restaurants or the city center. While priced well, I would not recommend the location for a typical tourist....

This is not a great stay
To start a poor location in city of Milan
Desolate (nothing around)
Long distance from Metro and Airport
Taxi from MXP. 33 min drive no traffic at 10 pm cost 125 eu
Better option from LIN 50 min metro + 15 min walk from Metro to Hotel.
Sidewalk in poor condition making luggage pull more difficult than necessary between Bisceglie Metro and Hotel.
They must be writing their own reviews.

The website says there is room service and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. I am currently stying here and have been sick so I did not go out with the group. There is no room service. There is not the ability to get lunch either. My husband cannot buy me food at the grocery store because the refrigerator does not work. Its also difficult to get clean towels, many in our group were flat told no. Mostly right n...
