A little disappointed about the restaurant but all else is ok

The service is 5/5. Ambience 5/5 . The food at Armani hotel breakfast was 0/5 and we had dinner at bamboo bar 0/5.
The waiter kept asking is the food ok . I initially did not want to mentioned . My husband said its inedible as its too salty and it got even saltier after the second to third bite . They apologised . Really love the fancy cookies and chocolates. Thank you very much ....

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Armani Hotel Milano to memorize MR,Armani, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment of arrival, the staff demonstrated the utmost professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth. Every detail, from the elegant design to the impeccable amenities, reflected the high standards synonymous with the Armani name.
It's truly a great stay....

I usually stay at Armani Dubai in the Burj Khalifa, where service is flawless and staff go above and beyond. Armani Hotel Milan, however, was a huge disappointment.

The hotel offers a beautiful setting, but the service experience is inconsistent. During busy periods, staff attitude and attentiveness seem to drop, while at quieter times the approach feels different. The reception welcome came across as rather nonchalant, which can leave guests feeling less valued than expected from a 5-star property. Brilliant central location, bright and airy communal spaces (restaurant, bar, and lounge etc), comfortable rooms and beds and excellent modern facilities, fabulous staff (all of them we met from check in to check out), good food BUT the rooms and corridors in the hotel were very dark and whilst I know this was probably an Armani style based issue, it was a bit of a negative....
