When we arrived at the hotel, the outside and the lobby looked beautiful. The staff at reception also very friendly. So far so good.
The standard room however is extremely small, the shower doesnt get beyond lukewarm and we were kept up most of the night by the sound of the lift going up and down near our room and people in the corridors.

This Italian trip for us was about enjoying refurbished buildings being brought back to life in creative ways and Avani was chosen for that. Loved the cutesy take on a restored former train station - our corner suite on first floor was room was well-designed to maximise closet space and personal comfort. Fluffy bathrobes!!! We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel room was lovely (4th floor). It was spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed. Lovely staff, impressive reception area and welcome. We have just returned from a 3 night stay, from the moment you will in the staff are attentive friendly and so helpful. Honestly I can't specifically name one member of staff as standout as they all were super helpful.
