Don't like leaving negative reviews but this was just so-so. The staff are super nice and well-intentioned but there were a few things that weren't ideal.
-Room was facing the street and super noisy. We found the skylight somewhat hard to use and learned to live with the light streaming in during the morning.

Very disappointed, booked the junior suite, it was very small. It was like 1 regular room split in 2 parts. Not much leg room to get around the bed. Also, I was excited for the spa being included, to be informed at the desk we get 30 mins total for a 5 night stay. Very confusing, should get 30 mins for each night. Staff was friendly, except door guy was hit and miss if he would open the door for you or stand ...

I had a junior suite and was a little concerned that it faced a busy roadbut I neednt hav3 been. The windows were well insulated from noise. Though not in the most central of locations, it was easy to get around and I had no problems going to any of the sites of Milan. The staff was friendly, particularly Antonio, in helping me find places for dinner. The buffet breakfast was prettty good and staffed sufficiently....

A disgrace to hospitality
We left a dress worth around 1,000 in the hotels luggage storage it disappeared. When we reported it, the manager, Baldassare Schembri, showed shocking arrogance and zero professionalism: he refused to help, denied any responsibility, and offered no solution at all.
