Stayed here for one night and found the whole experience a pleasant one. Hotel is next to Milan Central Station so if you are using the trains it is very convenient. Room had everything you need, was clean and tidy and actually very little road noise considering the location. Staff very friendly and helpful and a 12.00am check-out time is brilliant....

Perfect location, over the road from the train station and only a 30 minute walk into the city centre. The staff were friendly, and polite. The room was a good size, however the bathroom wasnt very clean. Sliding door on the shower was broken. Overall, the bathroom looked like it needed a revamp....

A wonderful hotel

Everything was great , the location was the nearest to the train station, the staff were so kind , the room size was good with a beautiful view , the breakfast was so delicious, everything was fresh ,the croissants were soooo delicious, they even offer fresh orange juice , this hotel deserves to be a 4 star hotel....

Staff and facilities are excellent

On my last night in Milan, I returned to my hotel room early to relax and discovered that new tenants had moved into the room next door. They were very noisy, laughing loudly, and several people were coming in and out frequently. The volume of the phone and TV remained at full volume until late into the night. The smell of cigarettes lingered in the room, making my last night at the hotel a difficult one....
