We arrived late in the evening with my child during the Olympics. The first room had crawling insects, which was unacceptable. We requested a room change, which was granted, but the new room had a broken bed. We decided to leave the hotel. Despite this, they charged our credit card for the second night and refused to cancel the transaction. The situation was very stressful with a child, and we had to find another hot...

Person in the front desk calling my room at 1am!!! Unacceptable

If you expect to rest do not stay in this hotel. The person in the front desk kept calling my room at 1 in the morning and insisted I had complained about the wifi. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Never in my life I experienced something similar. If you want to rest find stay away from this hotel!...
