the room was ok, the breakfast was good, the bed was a bit small, and the Air Conditioning would not go below 24C, which seemed a bit warm...

Terrible experience - Bag stolen inside hotel

Accommodation and breakfast were average, but I cannot recommend this hotel due to a major security issue. My newly bought branded bag was stolen from our breakfast table in a split second while my family were sitting right there.

Brilliant location is the only good thing I can say about this hotel, my room was a total joke, smashed screen on tv, remote control leaking acid, walls have scuffs everywhere which could have been wiped off with a bit of elbow grease, windows do not stay open, window sill looks like someone has been walking on it (dirt and scuffs not recent), sockets next to bed but nothing to put anything on, mould all around the s...

This hotel is wonderfully located close to the central train station and is surrounded by lovely restaurants and a particularly good gelato shop (St. Gregoires), but unless you upgrade your room, you get one that is beyond spartan. My room, was basically a box with 2 lights on the wall. Hotel staff are lovely however and everything was clean, but next time in Milan Ill splurge....

Stated for 3 nights good location 5 mins to central station 30 min walk to Duomo . Rooms clean new towels given . Plenty choice at breakfast. Staff helpful nice restaurants near by so no complaints ...
